Our California expression of everything we love about Alsatian Pinot Noir. Picked on 9/4/24, 33% whole cluster, native yeast fermented, aged 17 months in neutral French oak. Un-fined and un-filtered. Red with burgundy hues.
Aromas of cherry, lilacs, mushroom and cinnamon with cranberry, fresh thyme, soil and roasted peanuts.
