A tribute to Aretha Franklin, named after the song “Day Dreaming”. A blend of red grapes including Grenache Noir (62.6%), Gamay Noir (25%) and Pinot Noir (12.5%). Individually fermented using native yeast, aged 17 months in neutral French oak (Gamay was partially fermented in stainless steel). Un-fined and un-filtered.
Magenta red with burgundy hues. Aromas of marionberry, black cherry, beets and white pepper with pomegranate, rhubarb, salt and clay.
