60% Riesling, 30% Gamay, 10% Mourvedre
A tribute to David Bowie, named after his song “Soul Love”. A blend of Riesling, Gamay and Mourvèdre harvested from organically farmed vineyards in El Dorado and Arroyo Seco. Individually fermented (using native yeast) and aged three months on the lees in stainless steel. Blending trials guide us to the perfect balance. Un-fined and un-filtered.
Ruby red with magenta purple hues. Aromas of Guava and Mango blossom with cinnamon, black pepper and fruit punch on the palate.
