
A blend of Grenache and Gamay, both harvested from organically farmed Zabala Vineyard, Arroyo Seco. Skins were macerated and left to soak for 6 hours, then pressed. Native yeast fermentation, aged on the lees in stainless steel for three months, un-filtered and un-fined.
Pale salmon pink color, aromas of watermelon, white lilies and powdered sugar with strawberry, guava and grapefruit on palate.
50% Grenache, 50% Gamay
