Harvested from Barsotti Vineyard in El Dorado. Organically farmed Gamay picked on 09/05/2024 at 23.5 brix. 50% whole cluster, fermented using native yeast, aged in neutral French oak, un-fined and un-filtered.
Dark garnet color, aromas of black cherry, cola and rose petal with green strawberries, thyme and dried leaves on the palate.
