Grown in an old river bed. Certified organic fruit, picked on 09/03/2022 at 21 brix. De-stemmed, 6 days maceration on the skins, pressed to stainless steel tank for native fermentation and aged on the lees in neutral French Oak for for 5 months. Bright yellow color with golden hues. Aromas of quince, honey and apple blossom with Beeswax and tangerine peel on the finish.
