Harvested in Clements Hills near Lodi, picked at 21.5 brix on 09/06/23. De-stemmed, 1 day of skin contact, native fermentation in stainless steel and aged for four months in neutral French Oak. Unfined & Unfiltered. Straw Yellow with a golden hue. Aromas of calendula, chamomile and pear with lemon curd, beeswax and tangerine peel on the palate.
