Harvested from Zabala Vineyard in Arroyo Seco at 20.9 brix on 10/05/23. Trampled in picking bins at the vineyard and pressed after 8 hours of skin contact. Aged five months on the lees in stainless steel. Unfined & Unfiltered. Dusty Rose color. Aromas of cotton candy, watermelon jolly rancher and shortbread with pink lemonade and strawberries on the palate.
