Certified Organic and Demeter Bio-dynamic. Picked at 19 brix and harvested on 9/8/22. De-stemmed and left for five days to macerate on the skins, then pressed and fermented in stainless steel. Orange with coppery hues. Aromas of plum, apricot, golden apple and caramel. Voluptuous with tea notes.
