Sourced in the Foothills of the Sierra between 1200-3500 feet from sea
based soils months, picked on 09-04-2019 at 21 Brix. Co-Fermented with 5% Viogner, 15% Whole cluster, foot stomped and barrel aged 16 months in neutral french oak. Unfined and unfiltered. Purple garnet color. Aromas of violets, blueberries and leather. Good acid with grippy tannins.
