
This newest vintage of Riesling from Monterey Country is super dry. It spent 3 days with the skins on which gave it luscious yet bold flavors of apricot, white peach, and golden apple; it was then pressed and fermented in stainless steel. A hint of beeswax defines the palette in both texture and flavor.
