
These vines are 74 years old, all pommard clone, farmed biodynamically and certified organic. The fruit was gently hand sorted with no de-stemming allowing for a 100% whole cluster fermentation. After 16 months in barrel, it was bottled un-fined and un-filtered. Hints of strawberry rhubarb compote, wet stone, beeswax, fresh moss aromas, fresh lilac bunches, graphite and tar with structured tannins. Grab one for your immediate pleasure and a second to sit on.
