These vines are 74 years old, all pommard clone, farmed biodynamically and certified organic. The fruit was gently hand sorted with no de-stemming allowing for a 100% whole cluster fermentation. After 16 months in barrel, this wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered. Hints of strawberry rhubarb compote, wet stone, beeswax, fresh moss aromas, fresh lilac bunches, graphite and tar with structured tannins. Grab one for your immediate pleasure and a second to sit on.
